Welcome to Month 3 of the Functional Fitness Plan. By now, you’ve built a strong foundation—this phase is about refining, leveling up, and getting dialed in.

We’re continuing the hybrid style you’ve come to know: a blend of CrossFit, Hyrox, and traditional strength training. But this month, the focus shifts toward intensity with purpose, smarter recovery, and movement quality that lasts.


What’s New This Month

Performance-Focused Sessions

Workouts are now designed around movement efficiency, stamina under fatigue, and consistent pacing. You’ll still be lifting heavy—but now with built-in pacing strategies and movement quality checks.

Smarter Progression

You’ll notice more advanced supersets, wave loading, and intensity-based conditioning. This isn’t just about doing more—it’s about doing it better and getting more out of every session.

Recovery-Driven Training Days

Active recovery, mobility work, and strategic deload sessions are part of the plan. Because pushing hard is only effective when you know when to pull back.

Weekly Performance Tests

Each week features a trackable test—strength, metcon, or skill. These let you measure your progress and stay accountable as the training intensity ramps up.
